A Resolution
Of the Board of Directors of Richmond Public Facilities, Inc.
WHEREAS pursuant to due notice in compliance with the Georgia Open Meetings law,
O.C.G.A. 950-14-1 et seq., the Board of Directors of Richmond Public Facilities, Inc. was duly
convened on the /L(ff1 day of April at 3:30 p.m.; and whereas motion was made and duly
seconded to adopt this resolution; NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of Richmond
Public Facilities, Inc. do hereby authorize and appoint David Persaud, Finance Director of
Augusta-Richmond County to make application for a refund of any and all monies remaining on
deposit in the Bank of New York relating to the "Certificates of Participation, Series 1993".
FURTHER RESOLVED that David Persaud is authorized to take any and all actions
necessary or convenient to make application for and receive the disbursement of said funds and
deposit same in an appropriate banking account of Augusta, Georgia a political subdivision of
the State of Georgia.
