The above owner appeared personally before said Commission and agreed to accept the following as compensation for the acquisition of real property as referenced above: $4,082.00 and restoration of the affected area with S't. Augustine grass and remove a large pine tree from property of owner which is affected by the construction within the property acquired. This resolution was considered and voted on in an open meeting of the Augusta- Richmond County Commission, after 6:00 p.m. on October 17,2006. . NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the office of the' County Attorney is authorized and directed to close the purchase of the above referenced interest in real property from the owner and the Mayor is authorized to execute all documents necessary or convenient to the closing of said purchase. . .
