SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION TO PROVIDE
FOR THE FINAL PRINCIPAL AMOUNTS OF, INTEREST RATES ON AND DEBT SERVICE
SCHEDULE FOR THE AUGUSTA, GEORGIA SPECIAL FACILITY AIRPORT REVENUE
BONDS (GARRETT AVIATION SERVICES PROJECT), SERIES 2000 (THE "BONDS"); AND
FOR CERTAIN OTHER PURPOSES, ALL IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE AND
SALE OF THE FOREGOING DESCRIBED BONDS.
WHEREAS, the Augusta-Richmond County Commission, on behalf of Augusta, Georgia
(the "Issuer"), has heretofore adopted a Resolution dated November 21, 2000 (the "Resolution"),
authorizing the issuance and sale of the Augusta, Georgia Special Facility Airport Revenue Bonds
(Garrett Aviation Services Project), Series 2000 (the "Bonds"); and
WHEREAS, the Resolution provided that the Bonds shall not exceed $3,500,000 in
aggregate principal amount, the interest rate on the Bonds shall not exceed 6.00% per annum, the
maximum principal and interest due in any year shall not exceed $3,596,500 and the Issuer must
adopt a supplemental resolution prior to the issuance of the Bonds approving the final principal
amounts of, interest rates on and debt service schedule on the Bonds; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ISSUER, as follows:
Section 1. Approval of the Principal Amount of the Bonds. The principal amount of
the Bonds is set forth on Exhibit" 1" attached hereto and is hereby approved.
Section 2. Approval of the Interest Rate on the Bonds. The interest rate and price of
the Bonds are set forth on Exhibit" 1 " attached hereto and are hereby approved.
Section 3. Approval of the Debt Service Schedule on the Bonds. The debt service
schedule on the Bonds is set forth on Exhibit "2" attached hereto and is hereby approved.
Section 4. General Authority. The proper officers, directors, agents and employees of
the Issuer are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to take any and all further actions and
execute and deliver any and all documents and certificates as may be necessary or desirable in
connection with the issuance of the Bonds and in conformity with the purposes and intents of this
Supplemental Resolution.
Section 5. Actions Approved and Confirmed. All acts and doings of the officers of the
Issuer which are in conformity with the purposes and intents of this Supplemental Resolution and
in furtherance of the issuance of the Bonds shall be, and the same hereby are, in all respects'
approved and confIrmed.
Section 6. Severabilitv of Invalid Provision. If anyone or more of the agreements or
provisions herein contained shall for any reason whatsoever be held invalid, then such covenants,
agreements or provisions shall be null and void and shall be deemed separable from the remaining
agreements and provisions and shall in no way affect the validity of any of the other agreements
and provisions hereof.
Section 7. Repealing Clause. All resolutions or parts thereof ofthe Issuer in conflict with
the provisions herein contained are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby superseded and repealed.
Section 8. Effective Date. Tlus Supplemental Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption,
ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2000.

The undersigned Clerk of the Augusta-Richmond County Commission (the "Issuer"),
DOES HEREBY CERTIFY the foregoing pages of typewritten matter pertaining to the issuance
and sale of the Augusta, Georgia Special Facility Airport Revenue Bonds (Garrett Aviation
Services Project), Series 2000, constitute a true and correct copy of the Supplemental Resolution
adopted on December 5, 2000, by a majority of the commissioners of the Issuer in a meeting duly
called and assembled, which was open to the public and at which a quorum was present and acting
throughout, and that the original of the Supplemental Resolution appears on record in the Minute
Book of the Issuer which is in the undersigned's custody and control.
