WOODLAKE SUBDIVISION DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1:
The project authorized is for general drainage improvements near
W oodlake Subdivision. The concept of this proj ect is to collect the storm
run-off from the subdivision outfalls and transport the storm water in a
conduit rather than overland flow. Also the project includes construction
of a detention pond to protect downstream property owners. The total
estimated cost for this project is $939,000.00 and will be funded by the
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase lIT Funds.
Section 2:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
