BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the
following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1:
The project change is authorized to CPB#323-04-2968239309 adopted August 5, 1997.
This change is for the additional funds necessary for Engineering Services associated
with the said project, in the total amount of $420,000 to be funded by the project Right-
of-Way account within the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Fund.
Section 2:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated Government to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III

Section 3:
The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
