BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the
following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1:
The project change is authorized to CPB#296823906 adopted March 18, 1997. This
change is for the addition of funds for Advertising, Contingency, and Construction
associated with the said project, in the total amount of $1,114,000 to be funded in part by
the Utilities Department and by the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Funds.
Section 2:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated Government to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
