BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the
following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1:
The authorization is for Engineering Services to CPB#327-04-296812009 adopted
August 5, 1997. This project is designed for the construction of walkways, installation
of lighting, planting of trees, and placement of other amenities associated with the
project. This change is in the amount of $98,370.00, to be funded by the Special 1 %
Sales Tax, Phase III Funds.
Section 2:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated Government
to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III

Section 3:
The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
