Dear Ron,
We are pleased to present our fee proposal for the Blythe Community Center
Project. We are grateful for this opportunity and are excited about working with
your office on this development.
Our services will be based on the assumptions given to us in the RFP and our
meeting with you and Tom Beck on April 25, 2005. We understand the
construction budget to be approximately $27,000.00. We also understand that
the project will include the design of a walking:'track at the existing community
center site.
The first phase of our activities will be to generate a "concept plan" for this
development. We anticipate a meeting with your staff, to outline the preferred
alternative for the project.
Once a concept is approved we will proceed with the formal construction
documents.
Based on our discussions and a review of the scope of services outlined in the
response to the Augusta-Richmond County Parks and Recreation Department
RFP, we submit the following schedule of costs:
