Dear Ron:
It is with pleasure that we submit this proposal for professional services for
the above project. We will provide bid documents and construction
administration to accomplish the following work:
1) New doors for the rear ofthe building leading to a new flagstone
terrace with an arbor and new steps to a four row amphitheater.
2) Replace all of the windows in the tower.
3) Rework the lighting inside the casino to be more in keeping with the
period of the structure.
4) Coordinate with Ga. Power for additional site lighting at the rear of
the building.
5) Replace the block steps at the lower front and back of the building to
include railings.
6) Restore the existing rock fountain to working order.
7) Replace the fencing around the mechanical equipment.
8) Installation of a lighted 50' floating fountain in the lake.
9) Landscape and irrigation of the areas to the rear of the building.
We are in a position to begin work immediately and complete the documents
within 90 days.
