WHINGHTER Mr. Deke Copenhaver Southeastern Natural Sciences Academy, Inc. 540 B Telfair Street Augusta, Georgia 30901 RE: Plat for Augusta, Georgia Butler Creek Tract Our File No. 2002-0038 Dear Mr. Copenhaver: In accordance with your request, we are pleased to offer the following proposal for preparing a complied boundary map of the Butler Creek Tract, consisting of approximately 50.00 ::!: acres located south of Salem and Mount Vernon subdivisions and west of Pepperidge Subdivision. PROPOSAL A We propose to make a compiled map of the boundaries of the property using our survey for Alan & Winston Sibley dated March 27, 1981, last revised April 8, 1981 and calculating the boundaries for said plat. The map will be drawn in ink on mylar film at an appropriate scale and sheet size. We will furnish six blueprints of the plat for your use. Our fee for this work will be a lump sum of $1,250.00. We would expect to submit our invoice upon the completion of the plat and to receive payment within fifteen days thereafter. We are prepared to begin work immediately upon your direction and expect to present you with the completed map within 13 days thereafter. You signature in the space provided on a copy of this letter returned to us will be our authority to proceed with the work. ~ . .. In addition we will field survey the new division line of approximately 2800 feet setting iron pins at the comers. The map will be drawn in ink on mylar film at an approximate scale and shot size. We will furnish six blue prints of the plat for your use. Our fee for this work will be a lump sum of $2,950.00. We would expect to submit our invoice upon the completion of the plat and to receive payment within fifteen days thereafter. Weare prepared to begin work immediately upon your direction and expect to present you with the completed map within 20 days thereafter. Patty: In accordance with your request, we are pleased to offer the following proposal for preparing a compiled conservation easement map of the Augusta Canal Tract, consisting of approximately 645 :f: acres located f1'om the Head Gates in Columbia County along the canal to Hawks Gully. SCOPE OF WORK 'Ne propose to make a compiled conservation easement map of approximately 645 acres based on the existing Property Plat for the City of Augusta, Georgia, Augusta Canal, prepared by Charles M. Zeigler and Associates, dated December 30, 1974, last revised February 7, 1975. Limited field surveys by Cranston, Robertson & Whitehurst, P.C. in the Warren Lake, Riverwatch Parbvay and ,vater pumping station areas will be used to modify the above mentioned plat where changes in the boundary has or will occur. FEE PROPOSAL Our fee for this work will be a lump sum of $22,300.00.
