Rp' Hydraulic Network Analysis for the
Combined August Richmond County Water System
Gentlemen:
At the request of George McElveen and Max Hicks we are proposing to provide a
Hydraulic Network Analysis and computer model for the Combined Augusta Richmond
County Water System, We propose the following work for a lump sum price of $43,700.
I, Enter data for the Richmond County System from available paper reports and update
the system data,
2. Combine Richmond County data with existing City of Augusta data and update as
appropriate,
3, Calibrate the system from use records and measured flows where otherwise needed,
4, Analyze the combined system for:
I. Max daily flows,
2, Max hourly flows,
3 , Average off peak flows,
4, Typical fire flow conditions for max day,
5, Recommend 5 year and 10 year system inter-connections including estimated
construction costs,
6. Analyze the hydraulic effects of current program improvements.
7, Provide a copy of the digital information and the computer program,
8, Prepare a report and furnish 5 copies,
