Dear Mr. Green,
We are pleased to present'the following proposal for providing engineering services to
develop a building site adjacent to the weigh scales at the above referenced proje~t
A SERVICE:
1. Provide a topographical.surv.ey to accurately show all existing
physical features and elevations of the land.
2, Prepare a Site Plan which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

a. Staking and Layout Plan
b. Finished Grading, Storm Drainage and storm water detention facility
Plan.
c. Utility Plan showing new water service, The existing septic tank/tile
field is assumed to have adequate capacity.
d. Soil Erosion and Sediment Plan
e, Landscaping Plan :

f Miscellaneous Details

3. Obtain approvals from all governmental agencies as requi~ed,.

B. FEE:
,-
A fee of four thousan'd nine hundred dollars ($4,900.00) is proposed. All direct.
costs will be billed directly.
C. SCHEDULE:
We will start work immediately upon your acceptance of this proposal and
will have all submittals completed within sixty (60) days thereafter.
D. PAYMENT:
An invoice will be sent monthly based on a percentage of work completed. Payment is
expected within thirty. (30) days from issuance of invoice.
