Dear Hameed,
Thank. you for your time during my recent visit. It was a pleasure meeting with you to
discuss your industrial waste disposal needs and how our company can help. Enclosed
you will fmd our quotation for the transportation and disposal of your waste. Also
included in the package is a copy of our Certificate of Insurance and information about
the facility we would utilize for your particular waste.
It is the continuing goal of Commercial Waste Services & Management Corporation to
provide the best possible service. Our customers' satisfaction is one of the key factors in
how we measure our success in achieving that goal.
We know thal waste generators want great service at a fair price and, of course, they want
their liabilities protected. These are litigious times in which we live and we understand
that we must provide our customers with protection, To that end, we carry Pollution
Liability, Professional Liability and Contractual Liability Insurance as part of our General
Liability policy, This coverage is in addition to the multimillion dollar insurance policies
carried by transporters and TSDFs. Nationwide we are one of a very few waste
management fums that carry such coverage. This is a part of our philosophy of
stre~hening our company by recognizing our customers' needs.
Again. thanks for your time and the opportunity to present you with this quotation. If
you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at: (888) 903-5200,
Sincerely,
~~~
EXEClTITVE SUMMARY
Commercial Waste Services & Management Corp. (CWS) is pleased and excited about introducing our
corporate capabilities to Cicy of Augusta, Georgia. CWS is committed to being a full service
environmental firm providing qualityservlce throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
In compliance with all contract requirements set forth by City of Augusta, Georgia, CWS proposes to
transport, treat, and dispose of all waste materials in accordance with all Federal, State, and local laws and
regulations. The waste materials will be transported to a properly permitted Treatment Storage Disposal
Facility, CTSDF) for proper disposal. Each waste stream will be properly tracked on a hazardous waste
manifest or bill of lading (as required by each state's regulations) to the TSDF and a certificate of disposal
(CD) is then issued back to the generator.
Some of the Benefits for using CWS for all waste disposal needs include:
Reduced Liability - Our contract coupled with our additional insurance program offers cradle-to-
grave indemnification of the generator's waste materials and is tailored specifically to protect the
generator. CWS's insurance coverage is in addition to the required insurance of the TSD facility
and transporter. '
Program Manager - A designated CWS'Program Manager is responsible for all contract logistics
operations. The Program Manager is a single point of contact to report on cost, schedule, and
performance.
One Stop Shopping - All full service capabilities offered by CWS will flow through a single CWS
program manager.
Hazardous Waste Minimization - One such service we offer to our customers is the engineering
capabilities to minimize hazardous waste streams. '
Cradle-to-Grave Tracking - Superior contract administration will track waste from pick-up to
final disposal through executed manifests & CDs.
The following proposal will further explain the definite advantages of Commercial Waste Services &
Management Corp. '(CWS) as the preferred environmental partner with City of Augusta, Georgia for all
environmental needs.
