Dear Mr. White,
We are pleased to present the following proposal for providing engIneering services' to
develop a building site adjacent to the existing offices at the above referenced project.
A. SERVICE:
1. Provide a topographical survey to accurately. show all existing
. physical features and elevations of the land.
2. Prepare a SitePlan which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

a. Overall plan showing existing and proposed facilities with finished.
grades arid contours
b. Storm :Or~inage Analysis.

c. Soil Erosion'and Sediment Plan
d. Landscaping Plan
e. Miscellaneous Details
3. Obtain approvals from all governmental agencies as required.

B. FEE:
A fee of four thousand nine hundred dollars ($4,900.00) is proposed. All direct
costs, such as review fees, will be billed directly.
C. SCHEDULE:
We will start work immediately upon your acceptance of this proposal and
will have all submittals completed within sixty (60) days thereafter.
D. PAYMENT:
. An invoice will be sent montrJy based on a percentage (jfwork completed. Payment is
expected withinthirty(30) days from issuance of invoice.
