TA Project Number 007003.01
Additional Service Proposal
Graphics / Signage
Dear Lindsay:
Turner Associates is pleased to have the opportunity to offer additional professional
services for the scope of services as herein defined. This proposal is intended to respond
to a request to provide additional professional services relative to providing for exterior
and interior signage/graphics for the referenced project; as per our earlier agreement,
Turner Associates is already under contract to provide for code required
signage/graphics; The proposed scope of services is as defined in the attached letter by
Jones Worley, dated February 20,2009, which defines services to be provided from
Programming/Schematic Design through Contract Administration. There will be no
additional fee reflected in this proposal for the referenced services for code required
signage/graphics since, as noted above, these services are in our current scope.
RicciGreene will be providing design assistance relative to the additional interior and
exterior signage / graphics so their proposal, dated March 13, 2009, is also included. The
terms and conditions of our services, except as modified herein, will remain the same as
in our Agreement.
Turner Associates proposes to provide these services for a lump sum fee of thirty five
thousand seven hundred dollars ($35,700.00). Please find attached a spreadsheet titled
"Graphics / Signage", dated March 20,2009, with a breakdown ofthe proposed fees.
Since there will be additional expenses associated with our services, we also propose that
the reimbursable expense allowance for the project be increased by three thousand five
hundred seventy dollars ($3,570.00).
