Please direct any questions concerning the new policy & procedure to Moses McCauley at 821-2851. '" C'. , ~' ( . POLICY FOR ESTABLISHING CONTROL OF AUTHORIZED POSmONS 1. All job requests must be sent to the appropriate Administrator, then reviewed and verified by the Human Resources Department for authorization of position. 2. Administrators may transfer or re-assign any authorized position, provided it does not exceed the overall total number of authorized positions. 3. All positions within Augusta-Richmond County classification system will be advertised through the Human Resources Department. 4. Procedures for submitting Job Request - Vacancy card submitted to Human Resources for verification of authorized position and creation of advertisement. 5. Only authorized positions will be filled.
