An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Augusta - Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 by
amending Section 26 -B -10 (A) (Off Premise Signs)
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the
following in Section 28 -B -10 (A) Off Premise Signs
• St. Sebastian Way from Walton Way to Reynolds Street, 500 feet from the right -of -way
line.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
Duly adopted by the Augusta - Richmond County Commission this 4 day of
November ,2010.
