HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 7199 HEATERWOOD PARKWAY ORDINANCE NO. 7 199 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta - Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta - Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B -1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B -2 (General Business) affecting property located 56.35 feet west of Heatherwood Parkway and also 357 feet, more or less, south of Washington Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA - RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B - (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B - (General Business) affecting property as follows: 2 to , Beginning at a point located 56.35 feet west of Heatherwood Parkway and also 357 feet, more or less, south of Washington Road; thence, N 75 °54'28" west a distance of 99.12 feet to a point; thence, N 13 °29'02" east a distance of 50.78 feet to a point; thence, south 75 °26' 17" east a distance of 99.65 feet to a point; thence, S 14 °05'01" west a distance of 49.46 feet to the point of beginning. This property contains .11 acres. (Part of Tax Map 011 - 228 - 00 - 0) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
