An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond
County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by modifying conditions to a B-
2 (Neighborhood Business) Zoning established in 1999 (Z-99-46) affecting property
located on the northeast right-of-way line ofWrightsboro Road 1,250 feet, more or
less, southeast of Maddox Drive ; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith
and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from modifying conditions to a B-2 (Neighborhood
Business) Zoning established in 1999 (Z-99-46) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Wrightsboro Road 1,250 feet, more or less,
southeast of Maddox Drive; thence, in a northeasterly
direction a distance of 360 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of
131 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
southeasterly direction a distance of 810 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a
distance of 401 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
in a northwesterly direction a distance of 346 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly
direction a distance of 184 feet, more or less, to a
point located on the northeast right-of-way line of
Wrightsboro Road; thence, in a northwesterly direction
along the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro
Road a distance of 322 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning. This property contains approximately 7
acres and is known as 3633 Wrightsboro Road. (Tax Map
040-0-040-00-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
