ORDINANCE NO. 7149 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-3C (Multiple-family Residential) and Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-1 affecting property located on the southwest comer of the intersection of Wrightsboro Road and Twelfth Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-3C (Multiple-family Residential) and Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-1 affecting property as follows: , 2_07-S-S"' .. , ,. ~.. .. Beginning at a point located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Wrightsboro Road and Twelfth Street; thence, in a southerly direction along the west right-of-way line of Twelfth Street a distance of 151 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 150 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 20 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 165 feet, more or less, to a point located on the east right-of-way line of Forest Street; thence, in a northerly direction along the east right-of-way line of Forest Street a distance of 171 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southeast comer of the intersection of Wrightsboro Road and Forest Street; thence, in an easterly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 317 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.16 acres and is known as 1210 and 1214 Wrightsboro Road. (Tax Map 059-1-437-00-0 & 059-1-417-00-0) SECTION II.
