HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 7138 WINDSOR SPRING ROAD 7138 ORDINANCE NO. .. t An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property located on the northwest right-of-way line of the east or northbound side of Windsor Spring Road (divided highway), 668 feet, more or less, south of Crosscreek Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows: Publish in the Augusta Chronicle July 30. 2009 e-o~-37 . ~ " Beginning at a point located on the northwest right-of- way line of the east or northbound side of Windsor Spring Road (divided highway), 668 feet, more or less, south of Crosscreek Road; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of the east or northbound side of Windsor Spring Road (divided highway) a distance of 205 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 160 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of the west or southbound side of Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a northerly direction along the west or southbound side of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 204 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a distance of 205 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately .8 acres and has been recently assigned an address of 2558 Windsor Spring Road. (Part of Tax Map 142-0-002-00-0) SECTION II.
