WHEREAS, Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia. desh'cs to update and amend the Augusta-
RichmondCouhty, Ga. Code to clarify the mOl1th1y residential seweNates;

IS HEREBY dR,DAlNEI) By tHE AUTHORITY OF SAME, that the Augusta,.Richmond
County, GIi. Code he amended as follows:
SECTIONJ. The Augusta..,Richmond County, Ga. Code, Title Five, Section 5-2-45(&) is hereby
amended and restated as follows:
(b) Effective April 1,2009; the monthly residentialsewerrateshalI be cliatged
based on the lesser Clfthe actual waterusageJor the month or average wateruslige
for thataddre~s frpm ~hepreviou~ December, January and febn,lary qilling cycles.
SECTION 2. This Qrdinance slJall Jlecome effective immediately uporradoption.

repealed.
