An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond
County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone
R-IA (One-family Residential) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential)
affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of New McDuffie
Road, 263 feet, more or less, south of Milledgeville Road; and for the repeal of
ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-lA (One-family Residential) to Zone R-MH
(Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of New McDuffie
Road, 263 feet, more or less, south of Milledgeville Road; thence, in an easterly
direction a distance of 200.0 feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a
distance of 152 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a
distance of 200.0 feet to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of New
McDuffie Road a distance of 136 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This
property contains approximately .65 acres and is known as 2310 New McDuffie
Road. (Tax Map 068-0-063-00-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
