An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the AugUsta-Richmond
County Commission as authori7..ed under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgi.a" by changing the 7..oning flUID Zone
P-l (professional) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Busin.ess affecting property located
on the southwest com.er of the intersecti.on of Win.dsor Spring Road and
Crosscreek Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
TI-IB AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
. SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by. the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone P-l (Professional) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood
Business affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southwest comer of the intersection of
Windsor Spring Road and Crosscl'eek Road; thence, in a southerly direction. along
the west right-of-way lin.e of Windsor Spring Road a distance of 11.6 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 204 feet, more or less,
to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 1.59 feet, more or less, to a
point located on the south right-of-way line of Crosscreek Road; thence, in an
easterly direction along the south rigb,t-of-way line of Crosscreek Road a distance
of 212 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains ~65
acres and is Imown as 2502 Crosscreek Road. (Tax Map 131-0-096-02~O)
SECTION IT. All Ordinances or parts ofOrdinallces in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
