An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond
County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone
B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property
located on the southwest comer of the intersection of Wrightsboro Road and C &
S Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2
(General Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southwest comer of the intersection of
Wrightsboro Road and C & S Drive; thence, in a southerly direction along the
west right-of-way line of C & S Drive a distance of 202.3 feet to a point; thence,
in a westerly direction a distance of 129.0 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly
direction a distance of210.7 feet to a point located on the south right-of-way line
of Wrightsboro Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-of-way
line ofWrightsboro Road a distance of 123.80 feet to the point of beginning. This
property contains .58 acres and is known as 3358 Wrightsboro Road. (Tax Map
041-4-086-00-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
