ORDINANCE 7081
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by
the Augusta-Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997
by amending Section 22-2 (Special Exception)
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the
following in Section 22-2 (Special Exception)
(f) Business parks - as defined in Section 22-1 (11) where thirty (30) percent
or more of the gross leasable area of buildings is designed for and
occupied by commercial, retail, or service tenants, and the remainder is
occupied by wholesale, storage, or warehouse facilities.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
Duly adopted by the Augusta-Richmond County Commission this 2nd day of
September
,2008.
