ORDINANCE NO.2f2J I
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond
County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone
A (Agriculture) and Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone R-MH
(Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property located on the southeast right-
of-way line of Willow Street, 230 feet, more or less, northeast of Dan Bowles
Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone R-IC (One-family
Residential) to Zone R-MH (Manufactured Home Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-
way line of Willow Street, 230 feet, more or less,
northeast of Dan Bowles , Road; thence, in a northeasterly
direction along the southeast right-of-way line of
Willow Street a distance of 100.0 feet to a point;
thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 150.0
feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a
distance of 100.0 feet to a point; thence, in a
northwesterly direction a distance of 150.0 feet to the
point of beginning. This property contains .34 acres
and is known under the present numbering system as 2066
A & 2066 B Willow Street (Tax Map 087-4-082-00-0 & 087-
4-083-00-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
