ORDINANCE 7068
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by
the Augusta-Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997
by amending Section 8-1 - Permitted Uses:
THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the
following in Section 8-1 - Permitted Uses:
(t) Residential facilities for handicapped persons as defined at 42 U.S.C. 3602
except for such uses that are addressed at 26-1 (g), 26-1(p) and 35-10 of this
Ordinance.
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
