ORDINANCE NO. 7063
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond
County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone
R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IE (One-family Residential) affecting
property located where the southwest right-of-way line of Kingston Street intersects
the northwest right-of-way line of Holley Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in
conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IE
(One-family Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located where the southwest right-
of-way line of Kingston Street intersects the northwest.
right-of-way line of Holley Street; thence, S 44000'26"
W along the northwest right-of-way line of Holley Street
a distance of 165 feet, to a point; thence, N 45010'15"W
a distance of 79.56 feet to a point; thence, N 44000'27"
E a distance of 165 feet, to a point located on the
southwest right-of-way line of Kingston Street; thence,
S 45010'00" E along the southwest right-of-way line of
Kingston Street a distance of 79.56 feet to the point of
beginning. This property contains .32 acres and is
presently known as 1440 and 1446 Kingston Street and
1249 Holley Street. (Tax Map 046-3-151-00-0, 046-3-152-
0-0 and 046-3-153-00-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
