ORDINANCE NO. 7060
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond
County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone
A (Agriculture) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property located on
the northea:::t right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 1,188 feet, more or less,
northwest of a point where Belair Road extended intersects; and for the repeal of
ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood
Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Wrightsboro Road, 1,188 feet, more or less,
northwesc of a point where Belair Road extended
intersects; thence, in a northwesterly direction along
the northeast right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a
distance of 60 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
in a northeasterly direction a distance of 183 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly
direction a distance of 95 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance
of 163 ~eet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
This property contains .31 acres and is known as 3631
Wrightsboro Road. (Tax Map 040-0-041-00-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
