An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive loning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective S':ptember 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond
County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive
Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone
R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IE (One-family Residential) affecting property
located on the northeast right-of-way line of Fenwick Street, 72 feet, more or less,
northwest of Eve Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by
changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IE (One-family
Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northeast right-of-
way line of Fenwick Street, 72 feet, more or less,
northwest of Eve Street, thence, in a northeasterly
direction along the northeast right-of-way line of
Fenwick Street a distance of 36 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 33
feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
southeasterly direction a distance of 40 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a
distance of 34 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginnin~. This property contains approximately .03
acres and is the residence located at 1905 Fenwick
Street. (part of Tax Map 035-4-129-01-0)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
