An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the
Augusta-Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance
No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the
Augusta-Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule
Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of
Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-2 (Two-family Residential) to Zone
P-1 (Professional) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of
Moore Avenue, 100 feet, more or less, northeast of Parnell Street; and for the
repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners
of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is
amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-2 (Two-family Residential)
to Zone P-1 (Professional) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of-
way line of M09re Avenue, 100 feet, more or less,
northeast of Parnell Street; thence, in a northeasterly
direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Moore
Avenue a distance of 118 feet, more or less, to a point;
thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 102
feet, more or less, . to a point; thence, in a
southwesterly direction a distance of 118 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction
a distance of 103 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning. This property contains approximately .27
acres and known under the present numbering system as
932 and 934 Moore Avenue. (Tax Map 045-2 Parcels 146,
147 and west side of 154-02)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
