ORDINANCE NO. 7024
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective. September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
('
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located
on the northwest right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 119 feet, more or less,

east of Augusta West Parkway; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for
other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General
Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Wrightsboro
Road, 119 feet, more or less, east of Augusta West Parkway; thence, in a northerly
direction a distance of 174 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in an easterly
direction a distance of 219 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly
direction a distance of 176 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northwest
right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road; thence, in a westerly direction along the
northwest right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 219 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately .89 acres and is
known under the present numbering system as 3481, 3483 & 3485 Wrightsboro
Road. (Tax Map 041 Parcels 027, 028 & 028-01)
SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
