'ICl'Cl'il An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) to Zone R -1 C (One-family Residential) affecting property located on the southeast right-of-way line of Council Drive, 200 feet, more or less, south of Donald Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IC (One-family Residential) affecting property as follows: ,2007, by the Planning Commission for . ,. Beginning at a point located on the southeast right-of- way line of Council Drive, 200 feet, more or less, south of Donald Road; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 345 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 212 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 223 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southeast right-of-way line of Council Drive; thence, in a northerly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Council Drive a distance of 315 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 1.54 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 1204 Council Drive. (Tax Map 032-4 Parcel 048) SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for Augusta- Richmond County is subject to the following conditions: 1) the owner shall donate 20 feet of right-of-way to the County for future road improvements should they be needed and 2) the cost of any improvements to the water system for either potable water or fire protection shall be assumed by the owner. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 1K- day of ~rT ' 2007.
