An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-1B (One-family
Residential) and Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone P-1 (Professional) affecting property
located approximately 550 feet south ofthe south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro
Road and being 65 feet, more or less, east of where Ranch Drive extended
intersects; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-1B (One-family Residential) and Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to
Zone P-1 (Professional) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located approximately 550 feet
south of the south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road
and being 65 feet, more or less, east of where Ranch
Drive extended intersects; thence, in a southerly
direction a distance of 507 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance
of 144 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
northerly direction a distance of 530 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in an easterly direction a
distance of 150 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning. This property contains 1.87 acres and is
known under the present numbering system as 3338
Wrightsboro Road. (Tax Map 041-4 Parcel 102)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
