An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) and B-1 with conditions to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood
Business) with a Special Exception to establish a convenience store per Section
21-2 (b) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for Augusta-Richmond County
affecting property located on the northwest comer of the intersection of Richmond
Hill Road and Windsor Spring Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith
and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) and B-1 with conditions to
Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) with a Special Exception to establish a convenience store
per Section 21-2 (b) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for Augusta-Richmond County
affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the northwest comer of the intersection of
Richmond Hill Road and Windsor Spring Road; thence, in a southwesterly
direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Windsor Spring Road a
distance of 655 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, N 22023 '32" W a distance of
68.16 feet to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 581 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, S 68046' 16" E a distance of 467 feet, more or
less, to a point located on the northwest right-of-way line of Richmond Hill Road;
thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of
Richmond Hill Road a distance of 212 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning. This property contains 4.7 acres. (Tax Map 121 Parcels 022 and 010)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
