An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the 'Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-l (One-
family Residential) to Zone R-ID (One-family Residential) affecting property located
on the south right-of-way line of Travis Road, 400 feet, more or less, east of Stone
Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) to Zone R-ID (One-family
Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the south right-of-way
line of Travis Road, 400 feet, more or less, east of
Stone Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the
south right-of-way line of Stone Road a distance of 301
feet, more or les~, to a point; thence, in a southerly
direction a distance of 392 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of
200.65 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly direction
a distance of 401 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning. This property contains 1.86 acres and
consists of three tax parcels being 2232 A & Band 2234
Travis Road. (Tax Map 154 Parcels 047 -0 6, 047-05 and
047-04)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
