ORDINANCE NO.~6
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960)
together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the
zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone B-2 (General Business) to Zone
B-2 affecting property located on the east right-of-way line of Deans Bridge
Road, 1,180 feet, more or less, south of Hilson Road; and for the repeal of
ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of
Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended
by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) and Zone B-2 (General
Business) to Zone B-2 affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the east right-of-
way line of Deans Bridge Road, 1,180 feet, more or
less, south of Hilson Road; thence, in a
southeasterly direction a distance of 200 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly
direction a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to
a point; thence, in a southerly direction a
distance of 240 / feet, more or less, to a point;
thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 250
feet, more or less, to a point located on the east
right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road; thence, in
a northerly direction along the east right-of-way
line of Deans Bridge Road a distance of 510 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning. This
property contains approximately 2.5 acres and is
known under the present numbering system as 4116
Deans Bridge Road. (Part of Tax Map 150 Parcels
002, 002-01 and 002-02)
SECTION II. All' Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
