An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rille Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-IA (One-family Residential ) to Zone LI (Light Industry) affecting property located approximately 420 feet southwest of Lumpkin Road and 425 feet northwest of where the centerline of Arcadia Drive extended intersects Lumpkin Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-IA (One-family Residential) to Zone LI (Light Industry) affecting property as follows: \ 2-07-51 .. Beginning at a point located approximately 420 feet southwest of Lumpkin Road and 425 feet northwest of where the centerline of Arcadia Drive extended intersects Lumpkin Road; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 483 feet, more or less, to a point located on .the northeast right-of-way line of Bobby Jones Expressway; thence, in a northerly direction along the northeast right of way line of Bobby Jones Expressway a distance of 772 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northeasterly direction a distance of 300 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 930 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately 9.59 acres. (Tax Map 084-0 Part of Parcel 003 and Parcel 003- 06) SECTION II. This amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Maps for Augusta -Richmond County is subject to the following condition: 1. That the only access to this property be through the driveway on 2878 A Lumpkin Road. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
