An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone R-l (One-
family Residential) to Zone R-IB (One-family Residential) affecting property located
on the north right-of-way line of Bransford Road, 75 feet west of Lynn Street; and
for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone R-l (One-family Residential) to Zone R-IB (One-family
Residential) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the north right-of-way
line of Bransford Road, 75 feet west of Lynn Street;
thence, in a westerly direction along the north right-
of-way line of Bransford Road a distance of 75 feet to a
point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of
175 feet to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a
distance of 75 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly
direction a distance of 89 feet, more or less, to a
point located on the south right-of-way line of Switzer
Drive; thence, in an easterly direction along the south
right-of-way line of Switzer Drive a distance of 121.26
feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction a
distance of232 feet to the point of beginning. This
property contains .52 acres and is known under the
present numbering system as 3103 Bransford Road. (Tax
Map 033-3 Parcel 104)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this 1~ day of April ,2007.
