An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map

from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning modifying of the
condition of a 1987 B-1 (Neighborhood Business) zoning case that limited the use
of the property to an interior decorating shop and to allow a carpet cleaning
business to be added to B-1 by Resolution per Section 21-1 (d) affecting property
located on the east right-of-way line of Pleasant Home Road, 500 feet, more or
less, south of Washington Road; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and
for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map modifying of the condition of a 1987 B-1 (Neighborhood Business)
zoning case that limited the use of the property to an interior decorating shop and to allow a
carpet cleaning business to be added to B-1 by Resolution per Section 21-1 (d) affecting property as
follows:

Beginning at a point located on the e'ast right-of-way
line of Pleasant Home Road, 500 feet, more or less,
south of Washington Road; thence, in an easterly
direction a distance of 2 02 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of
105 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
westerly direction a distance of 191 feet, more or less,
to a point located on .the east right-of-way line of
Pleasant Home Road; thence, in a northerly direction
along the east right-of-way line of Pleasant Home Road a
distance of 103 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning. This property contains approximately .48
acres and is known under the present numbering system as
112 Pleasant Home Road. (Tax Map 010 Parcel 059)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
