Daniel Avenue; thence, in a northeasterly direction
along the southeast right-of-way line of Old Savannah

thence, in a southeasterly direction a distance of 200
feet to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a
distance of 42 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
in a northwesterly direction a distance of 200 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning. This property
contains approximately .19 acres and is known under the
