Home My WebLink AboutORD 6924 WHEELER ROAD WEST MEDICAL PARK DRRIVE ~, ORDINANCE NO. 6924 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta- Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone P-l (professional) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property located on the southeast comer of the intersection of Wheeler Road and West Medical Park Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone P-l (professional) to Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) affecting property as follows: z ~ 0 (,- II 0 I ' Beginning at a point located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Wheeler Road and West Medical Park Drive; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of West Medical Park Drive a distance of 271 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 140 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 311 feet, more or less, to a point located on the south right-of-way line of Wheeler Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-of-way line of Wheeler Road a distance of 124 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains approximately .88 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 3642 Wheeler Road. (Tax Map 030 Parcel 070) SECTION II.
