ORDINANCE NO. 6919
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located
on the southwest comer of the intersection of Wrightsboro Road and Capps
Street; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to .Zone B-2 (General Business)
affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southwest corner of
the intersection of Wrightsboro Road and Capps Street;
thence, in a southerly direction along the west right-
of-way line of Capps Street a distance of 224.54 feet to
a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of
226.49 feet to a point; thence, in a northerly direction
a distance of 205 feet, more or less, to a point located
on the south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road;
thence, in an easterly direction along the south right-
of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a distance of 219.37
feet to the point of beginning. This property contains
1.13 acres and is known under the present numbering
system as 3422 Wrightsboro Road. ((Tax Map 041-4 Parcel

SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
