ORDINANCE NO. 6917
An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) to" Zone R-IE (One-family Residential) affecting property
located on the southwest right-of-way line of Tradd Court, 310 feet, more or less,
south of Hillcreek Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone R-IE (One-family
Residential) affecting property as follows:
Beginning at t a point located on the southwest right-
of-way line of Tradd Court, 310 feet, more or less,
south of Hillcreek Drive; thence, in an easterly
direction across Tradd Court a distance of 50.0 feet to
a 'point located on the northeast right-of-way line of
Tradd Court; thence, in an easterly direction a distance
of 335 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a
southeasterly direction a distance of 545 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a
distance of 1,100 feet, more or less, to a point;
thence, in a northwesterly direction a distance of 175
feet, more or less, to a point located on the south
right-of-way line of Musgrove Drive; thence, in an
easterly direction along the south right-of-way line of
Musgrove Drive a distance of 40 feet, more or less, to a
point located on the east right-of-way line of Musgrove
Drive (dead end); thence, in a northerly direction a
distance of 350 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
in an easterly direction a distance of 575 feet, more or

approximately 13 acres and is known as The Meadows at
Hillcreek Subdivision. (Tax Map 030 Parcel 272 thru
304)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
