An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from . Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located
on the southeast comer of the intersection of Broad Street and Tubman Street; and
for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond^
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business)
affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point located on the southeast corne~ of
the intersection of Broad Street and Tubman Street;
thence, in an easterly direction along the southwest
right-of-way line of Broad Street a distance of 128
feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southerly
direction a distance of 88 feet, more or less, to a
point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 128
feet, more or less, to a point located on the southeast
right-of-way line of Tubman Street; thence, in a
northerly direction along the southeast right-of-way
line of Tubman Street a distance of 88 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning. This property contains
.26 acres and is known under the present numbering
system as 2064 Broad Street. (Tax Map 027-3 Parcel 140)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
