HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 6910 DEANS BRIDGE ROAD .. ;1 ORDINANCE NO.h!;./tJ An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located where the southeast right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road intersects the southwest right-of-way line of Pine View Drive; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECT! ON 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: -z -clD- &'~ Beginning at a point located where the southeast right- of-way line of Deans Bridge Road intersects the southwest right-of-way line of Pine View Drive; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right- of-way line of Pine View Drive a distance of 155 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 132 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in an northwesterly direction a distance of 174 feet, more or less, to a point located on the northeast right-of-way line of Augusta Tech Drive; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 24 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southeast right- of-way line of Deans Bridge Road; thence, in an easterly direction along the southeast right-of-way line of Deans Bridge Road a distance of 140 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains .53 acres and is known under the present numbering system as 3120 Deans Bridge Road. (Tax Map 096-4 Parcel, 002) SECTION II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Done in Open Meeting under the Common Seal thereof this /6:. day Of~, 2006.
