HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 6906 AMEND SECTIONS 15-2 (a) 16-2 (b) 17-21(b) 18-1 (b) comp zoning J ^ ' ORDINANCE~6 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 by amending Sections 15-2, (a), 16-2 (b), 17-1 (b), and 18-1 (b) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. THE AUGUSTA COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION I. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting Section 15-2 (a) in its entirety: SECTION II. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding a new Section 15-2 (a): (a) Single-family attached dwellings and condominiums developed in accordance with Section 13 of this Ordinance, provided that the density of dwellings shall not exceed the regulations set forth in Section 15-4 (b) of this Ordinance. SECTION III. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting Section 16-2 (b) in its entirety: . SECTION IV. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding a new Section 16-2 (b): (b) Single-family attached dwellings and condominiums developed in accordance with Section 13 of this Ordinance, provided that the density of dwellings shall not exceed the regulations set forth in Section 16-5 (a) of this Ordinance. SECTION V. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance IS amended by deleting Section 17 -1 (b) in its entirety: SECTION VI. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding a new Section 17-1 (b): 2,1-- 1<- 17'5' ~ ~ ' (b) Single-family attached dwellings and condominiums developed in accordance with Section 13 of this Ordinance, provided that the density of dwellings shall not exceed the regulations set forth in Section 17-5 (a) of this Ordinance. . SECTION VII. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting Section 18-1 (b) in its entirety: SECTION VIII. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding a new Section 18-1 (b): (c) Single-family attached dwellings and condominiums developed in accordance with Section 13 of this Ordinance, provided that the density of dwellings shall not exceed the regulations set forth in Section 18-5 (a) of this Ordinance. SECTION IX. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
