An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta-
Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together
with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County
Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map
from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone B-1
(Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located
at a point on the south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road, 730 feet, more or
less, west of North Leg; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other
purposes:
THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond
County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the
Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone B-1 (Neighborhood Business) to Zone B-2 (General
Business) affecting property as follows:

Beginning at a point on the south right-of-way line of
Wrightsboro Road, 730 feet, more or less, west of North
Leg; thence, in a southerly direction a distance of
122.14 feet, to a point; thence, in a easterly direction
a distance of 190.06 feet, to a point; thence, in a
southerly direction a distance of 380 feet, more or
less, to a point; thence, in an westerly direction a
distance of 215 feet, more or less, to a point; thence,
in a northerly direction a distance of 502 feet, more or
less, to a point located on the south right-of-way line
of Wrightsboro Road; thence, in an easterly direction
along the south right-of-way line of Wrightsboro Road a
distance of 25 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning. This property contains approximately 1.8
acres and is known under the present numbering system as
3336 B Wrightsboro Road. (Part of Tax Map 041-4 Parcel
103)
SECTION II.
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
