" ORDINANCE NO. 6899 An Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Augusta- Richmond County Commission effective September 16, 1997 (Ordinance No. 5960) together with all amendments which have been approved by either the Augusta-Richmond County Commission as authorized under the Home Rule Provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Map .from Constitution of the State of Georgia" by changing the zoning from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property located where the northwest right-of-way line of Gordon Highway intersects the southwest right-of- way line of Robinson A venue; and for the repeal of ordinances in conflict herewith and for other purposes: THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Richmond County on the 15th day of November, 1983, the caption of which is set out above, is amended by changing the Comprehensive Zoning Map from Zone A (Agriculture) to Zone B-2 (General Business) affecting property as follows: 2.-0(. ....7~ Beginning at a point located where the northwest right- of-way line of Gordon Highway intersects the southwest right-of-way line of Robinson Avenue; thence, in a southwesterly direction along the northwest right-of-way line of Gordon Highway a distance of 1,015 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a northerly direction a distance of 1,469 feet, more or less, to a point; thence, in a westerly direction a distance of 320.0 feet to a point located on the Richmond County/Columbia County boundary line; thence, in a northeasterly direction along the Richmond County/Columbia County boundary line a distance of 250 feet, more or less, to a point located on the southwest right-of-way line of Robinson Avenue; thence, in a southeasterly direction along the southwest right-of-way line of Robinson Avenue a distance of 1,160 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. This property contains 14.5 acres. (Tax Map 078 Parcel 004) SECTION II.
